Khulekani Zuma is a Director at Biyela Attorneys who obtained his LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA). He specializes in personal injury law, medical negligence, unfair dismissal, unprotected industrial action, Interpretation and application of collective agreement, Organisational rights disputes, Retrenchment dismissals, and section 197 transfers. Khulekani served his articles with the State Attorney. His Practice experience further extends to the interpretation of application disputes, drafting of collective agreements, organizational rights disputes, and unprotected industrial actions, family law and third-party claims. He is a member of the Legal Practice Council & Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

Sinethemba graduated with a National Diploma in Taxation from the Durban University of Technology and LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She commenced her role at Biyela Attorneys as an Office Administrator and successfully journeyed through her articles at the firm. She has a gained a plethora of experience in third party claims and civil litigation and has a growing interest in conveyancing and property law.
